MANOHAR for Respondent 1 (for both CRPs), Government Advocate for the official respondents, this Court made the following order: This Court in CRP(MD).Nos.198 and 201 of 2020 has directed the plaintiff to represent the plaint and directed the Principal District Judge, Madurai to decide the maintainability of the suit within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The plaintiff represented the suit on 07.02.022 and posted for maintainability on 17.02.2022 and thereafter, this case is posted on 21.02.2022. So, the Principal District Judge, Madurai submitted a letter for extension of further one month time.
2. The Principal District Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose the matters within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
