2. Paragraph No.6 of the order, dated 27.01.2026 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1440 of 2026 shall be substituted as follows: "6. In view of the above submission, the fourth respondent police is directed to proceed with the investigation as expeditiously as possible and conclude the same in the period of four weeks from today (27.01.2026). The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation with respect to the FIR in Crime No.87 of 2025 and the fourth respondent is directed to appraise the progress of the investigation every Friday. "

3. Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
