This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners herein in the guise of enquiry without following due process of law. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioners and the said complaint was registered before the second respondent in Crime No.39 of 2018 for the offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

punishable under Sections 294(b), 355 and 506(i) of IPC. Further, even the petitioners were granted with anticipatory bail, the second respondent is harassing the petitioners by the instigation of the third respondent in the guise of enquiry without due process of law. Hence this petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given against the petitioners, no harassment was made out by the respondent/police, as alleged by the petitioners.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
