: Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the contemnors/ respondents and punish them for the wilfull disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P. (MD)No.16984 of 2019 dated 04.09.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.1 to conduct enquiry upon the complaint sent by the petitioner dated 27.05.2019 in accordance with the Section 182 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
