This petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 28 of 2014 on the file of the 1st Respondent insofar as petitioners concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already the case in crime No. 28 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 27.10.2015 and RCS also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
