ORDER

The petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(B) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19931 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is the father of the defacto complainant and the second petitioner is 1/4

the sister of the defacto complainant and that the petitioners and other accused have filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl.OP(MD)Nos. 15769 and 19167 of 2023 and have obtained stay and hence, he prays for relaxation of the condition No.(B).

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed by this court was not complied with even for a single day.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that it is a father and son quarrel and the accused are preferred quash petition, where there is a stay, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.(B) imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19931 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition No.(B) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19931 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025 is hereby relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
