This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No. 15/2015, dated 19.08.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 111 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
