ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Principal Sessions Judge / Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC / ST (POA)Act, Tenkasi to consider the petitioner's bail application and dispose the bail application on the same day in Crim eNo.10 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant/3rd respondent had borrowed a hand loan to a sum of Rs.20,000/- from the 2nd petitioner's husband. The defacto complainant had paid the part of the amount and the remaining amount could not be paid by him. On 10.01.2026 at about 01.30 p.m, the petitioners were restrained the defacto complainant's vehicle and plugged the key and abused with 2/5
filthy language. Based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, FIR has been registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 131, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and & 351(2) of BNS and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va) of SC /ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.10 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge / Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC / ST (POA)Act, Tenkasi, to issue prior notice to the defacto complainant and thereafter to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender before that Court in connection with Crime No.10 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
