Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to withdraw the entire case diary in Crime No.19 of 2015, dated 29.01.2015 from the file of 1st respondent and hand over the same to the 2nd Respondent and further direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case and file a final report within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the entire case diary in Crime No.19 of 2015, dated 29.01.2015 from the file of 1st respondent and hand over the same to the 2nd Respondent and further direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case and file a final report within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.94 of 2017.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
