ORDER

The Division Bench of this Court passed the following order on 11.10.2018.

"Registry is directed to post this petition before the learned Single Judge, as per roster.

Not withstanding the disposal of the petition earlier, along with other petitions, the learned single Judge is requested to pass appropriate orders based on the mediation report."

2.The learned Counsel for either parties would submit that the matter has reached a settlement before the Mediation Centre. The parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and have also signed the settlement agreement dated 26.09.2018. Based on the settlement agreement, mediation report has also been sent to this Court.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of in terms of the interim settlement agreement dated 26.09.2018 entered into between the parties and in terms of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

mediation report dated 27.09.2018. Consequently, CrlMP(MD)No.8663 of 2018 is closed.
