This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to expedite the trial in 1/4

C.C.No.245 of 2024, arising out of Crime No.60 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, as this Court may fixed the time.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.245 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
