O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.3 of 2015 on 17.08.2015 pending on the file of the Tahsildar/Second Class Executive Magistrate, Kilakarai, Ramanathapuram District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
