Respondents/Petitioners/Defendants 2 to 4 Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 27-07-2022 made in I.A. No.245 of 2021 in O.S.No.410 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, vide letter in D.No.5105/2025 dated 04.07.2025, this Court made the following order: "This Court, by order dated 15.09.2023, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.410 of 2015 within a period of six

months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, vide letter dated 19.06.2025, this Court by order dated 24.04.2025, extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, once again addressed a letter in D.No.5105/2025, dated 04.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 15.09.2023 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 15.09.2023"
