2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, at the time of granting interim anticipatory bail, the petitioner had executed the sureties and, hence, the same shall be considered by the learned Magistrate concerned. As regards the appearance of the petitioner before the respondent Police, Condition No. 7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

3. This petition is ordered accordingly.
