ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register a case in the light of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.6953 of 2019.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Taluk Police Station, registered First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2021 as per the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
