ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 417, 420 and 120B I.P.C., in Crime No.6 of 2017 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already anticipatory bail was granted in favour of the petitioner by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappali in Cr.M.P.No.883 of 2018 with condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,40,524/-.

3.But, as of now, without filing an application for modification, the petitioner filed this application for granting of anticipatory bail is nothing but not maintainable. 4.Thereafter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
