PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.02.2018 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that similarly placed person had made a complaint before the Pazhani Town Police Station and the same was taken on file in Cr.No.136 of 2018 for the cognizable offences punishable under Sections 420, 147, 294 (B) and 506(1) IPC. Now the present complaint has been made before the respondents to register a complaint against the proposed accused.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner can make a request to approach the Pazhani Town Police Station and to array as witness in the complaint seeking his remedy. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also requested this Court that liberty may be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Pazhani Town Police Station and to array as witness in the aforesaid criminal complaint.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with such liberty.
