ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission as well as the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition for declaring the petitioner as guardian of the person, who is under the comatose condition. No costs.
