ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.34 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner is the wife of the defacto complainant. A2 is her sister's husband and after her sister's death, she had illegal intimacy with A2. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, A1 along with A2 attacked the defacto complainant thereby he sustained injuries and admitted in the hospital. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. The defacto complainant always suspected the fidelity of the first petitioner and filed this false case.

this is the second anticipatory bail application and the first anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court on 12.02.2019 and till now there is no change in circumstances and hence he objected for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact there is no change in facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
