O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.03.2018 pending on the file of the second respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased a land at T.Chellandipalayam, Karur District. When the petitioner was engaged in the construction work in the said land, the proposed accused along with other persons unauthorizedly trespassed into the petitioner's property and demolished the newly constructed compound wall. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 15.03.2018 before the second respondent Police. However, no action has been taken and hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is under petition enquiry stage.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
