ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 02.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,447,294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No. 31 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other caused damaged to fences around the defacto complainant's property. Hence the complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he is innocent and hence, he would pray for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that investigation is pending and there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and hence he objected for grant of bail.

considering the fact that the case is at the preliminary stage and also considering the fact that four previous case is pending against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances in the present case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
