The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner is registered as Current Paper No.G2/1287/116/2021 and enquiry is pending.
