O R D E R
The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1321 of 2020 registered on the file of Aranthangi Police Station. For directing the second respondent to file final report, this criminal original petition has been filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report was filed on 23.12.2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. According to him, the final report is yet to be taken on file. Therefore, the following directions are issued:- (a) If the final report is pending on the file of the jurisdictional Magistrate, the Court concerned shall take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.1535 of 2022 (b) If the final report is not available on the file of the jurisdictional Magistrate, the second respondent shall file a fresh copy of the final report.
3.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. The Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi.
