This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 09.03.2018 before the second respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
