Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 5 to 8 to provide necessary police protection while surveying the land in Survey Nos.6/1 and 5/4A1 comprised in patta Nos.150 and 479 respectively situated at Pulikurchi, Thippampatti Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District by respondents 2 to 4. ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 5 to 8 to provide necessary police protection while surveying the land in Survey Nos.6/1 and 5/4A1 comprised in patta Nos.150 and 479 respectively situated at Pulikurchi, Thippampatti Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District by respondents 2 to 4.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents 9 and 10 are trying to obstruct the revenue authorities and the petitioner from measuring the petitioner's land. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), they are ready to consider the representation given by the petitioner, dated 30.01.2021.

5.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the seventh respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2021 for the purpose of surveying the land of the petitioner by summoning the concerned persons and pass orders, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
