ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.06.2015 in respect of the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 392, 397, 427 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.306 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and he has come forward with this Criminal Original petition seeking bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner herein is stated to be an MBA graduate, having been graduated from Kumaraswamy Engineering College, Karur. The allegation against him is that he took away a sum of Rs.700/- at knife point. The petitioner is stated to be in custody for more than 60 days. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when a Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.(MD)No.938 of 2015 was filed before this Court and the matter was being heard, this false case has been foisted against the petitioner herein.

5.Considering the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur. The petitioner shall

appear before the respondent Police once in a week on each Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
