Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4, was apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 381 of IPC, in Crime No.358 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused is working as Security in the Company of the defacto complainant and he joining with other accused have committed theft of 8 tyres from Tipper Lorries. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused Nos.1 to 3 have been arrested and released on bail by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.3887 of 2015, on 25.08.2015 and it is further submitted that the property has been recovered by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no bad antecedents against the petitioner and he assisted the accused for replace the tyres.

4.Considering the facts, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichirappalli and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
