The petitioner seek a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb and petitioner's property situated in Survey No.191/2 at New Natham Survey No.746/1 at T.Alagapuri Village, Theppampatti Revenue Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District based on the representation dated 17.07.2014 in the light of Sections 20 and 21 of the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules 2009.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having duly become entitled to property under a settlement deed has been in possession thereof as evidenced by the revenue records. 4.Learned Government Advocate submits that case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No. 4 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B) IPC upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner's brother.
