ORDER
The second accused herein has moved this petition seeking for a direction to the concerned Magistrate for expeditious disposal of C.C.No.86 of 2017 pending on his file, where the accused persons faced trial for charges for offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are nine witnesses and the trial is said to commence on 22.04.2019.
