2. The petitioner seeks ordinary leave for his brother / convict who is undergoing life sentence in Central Prison, Madurai.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict has been convicted in a murder case and two other murder cases are pending against him. That apart, he is also a accused in two cases of dacoity. Further, he is also implicated in an NDPS case involving commercial quantity.

4. We are of the view that such a person cannot be shown indulgence. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P.
