ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner/Rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is running a travel agent in the name and style of Nassa Tour and Travels. The petitioner said to have received a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- from persons, each Rs.60,000/- for arranging job in Malaysia and the defacto complainant is a person who introduced the 30 persons to the petitioner. But, the petitioner did not arrange the job or return the amount to the concerned persons.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
