ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the order dated 03.12.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.1615 of 2020, on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner released on bail by the Court below on 03.12.2020 on condition that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum or Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum and one of the surety must be blood relative. He would further submit that the petitioner's father and brother were died and his mother and his sister-in-law are not having any assets. Hence, the petitioner is not in a position to execute sureties. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in this case is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.1829 of 2021 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered.
