R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J This habeas corpus petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the Petitioner's wife named, Boomika @ Karthika, aged about 25 years old before this Court and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.93 of 2022 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue has been produced before this Court in person. On enquiry, she says that she left the matrimonial home due to some misunderstanding with the husband. She expresses her willingness to go along with her husband.

4.The husband, who is the Petitioner herein, is present before this Court and he assured that he will take care of his wife and also assured that he will not create any problem or nuisance in the future.

5.In view of the above-said submission made by both the parties, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
