ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an inquiry on petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2024 of the fraudulent registration in respect of petitioner's property comprised in Survey No. 655/2B located in Kovilpatti Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 16.12.2024 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, especially the respondents 3 to 5 herein, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5, 2/4

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
