ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 326 and 302 IPC & Section 4(a)(b) of Explosive Substance Act in Crime No.5 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 04.01.2014, the accused named in the First Information Report, has attacked the defacto complainant with knives and bombs. This petitioner is being implicated pursuant to the confession statement given by the arrested accused, by name, Mayan, who has clearly stated the involvement of the petitioner in the Crime.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that there are four previous cases against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration of the serious allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to him. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
