ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b),323, 506(ii) of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
