PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that on the complaint given by third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the official respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
