O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report on the FIR dated 24.11.2015 in Crime No.489 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time as fix by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police against one Rajalakshmi/A1 and V.Balamurugan/A2, stating that A1 sent photos and threatening messages to the petitioner through her whatsapp and the same was registered in Crime No.489 of 2017. So far, final report has not been filed. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is completed and a charge sheet has been already filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
