ORDER

Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2024 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate proceedings against the 4th respondent.

3. When the came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the matter has already been considered and the same is pending before the third respondent.

4. Recording the said submission, this Court hereby direct the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
