This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.318 of 2024. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.318 of 2024 is almost over and the final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.318 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
