2. The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.[MD].No.4644 of 2018 has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.854 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the presence of the petitioner may be dispensed with before the trial Court.

4. Accepting the said submission, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall be dispensed with, on condition that shall be present, for answering the charges, at the time of questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing judgment. All the other occasions, the petitioner will be represented by her counsel.

5. The criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
