[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the common order passed by the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.7526, 7641 of 2018 etc. batch. 2.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought in the petition cannot be granted as the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court has already passed appropriate orders in W.P.Nos.7359 and 10617 of 2018 etc., batch on 03.08.2018 in respect of the similar issue. 3.This writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy by invoking Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.
