ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.13, in Crime No.762 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 05.08.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(B), 302 and 109 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the accused 2 and 12 were running a real estate business and one Pillayar Ganesan is a rival businessman and the deceased was supporting the said Pillayar Ganesan and due to which, on 19.09.2014, the accused 1 to 8 had attacked the deceased with lethal weapons and caused his death, while the other accused had conspired together for commission of the offences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are totally 18 accused in this case and except this petitioner, other accused were arrested and released on bail and it is further submitted that the respondent has laid charge sheet in this case which is taken on file as P.R.C.No.38 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

5. Considering the overt act attributed against this petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 31/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
