A.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in this petition, the petition is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) towards costs to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
