This petition has been filed to call for the records of the II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Cr.R.P.No. 48 of 2014 by judgment dated 11.06.2015 by conforming the award of maintenance in M.C.No. 16 of 2011 by the Judgment dated 03.09.2014 and set aside the Judgment of the Courts below. 2.It is seen from the records that no ground is raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to set aside the orders passed by courts below against him. There is no informity or illegality in the order passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur. Hence, this Court is of the view that this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.
3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
