3.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.2229 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.1781 of 2021 4.It is stated that it is a case of job racketing and a sum of Rs.1.50 crores is involved in this case. The petitioner along with others is said to have promised the victims that they would be given posting as Public Relation Officer and collected huge sum. 5.Considering the seriousness of the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
