This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the second respondent police to recover the degree and other original certificates from the third respondent in connection with Crime No.75 of 2022 on the file of Salagigramam Police Station, which was illegally kept under the custody of the third respondent and hand over to the petitioner within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the third respondent appeared before this Court. The third respondent handed over all the relevant certificates and the same has been received by the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
