This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to remove the bore well and the underground electricity connection running through the patta and government land laid illegally by the 11th respondent and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 6, 9 and 10 to take appropriate action against the 8th and 11th respondent for the misusing the free agricultural electricity connection.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the seventh respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as private respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
