ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.276 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022 on the file of the second respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent came to his house yesterday and affixed RCS notice.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report dated 24.12.2022 as 'Mistake of Fact', but he would admit that RCS notice was affixed yesterday but not served.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to serve 2/4

RCS notice on the petitioner/defacto complainant and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Court, if so advised.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
