ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the Inspector of Police, Aralvoimozhi Police Station, has submitted a requisition to the Tahsildar, to take bond under Section 110 Cr.P.C for breach of peace against the petitioner and that the same is pending before the Tahsildar, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District. Admittedly, no summon was issued so far.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Tahsildar, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District, is directed to issue summons, if required and the second respondent is directed not to issue any oral directions to the petitioner to appear before the Tahsildar or before them.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
